1 strip lemon peel
1 strip orange peel
3˝ ounces warmed brandy
A 4-ounce old-fashioned glass, warmed

1. Combine the sugar, lemon peel, orange peel and brandy in a warmed old-fashioned glass.

2. Mash with a muddler to thoroughly dissolve the sugar, then ignite the brandy with a match.
