Brandy Float
What You Need:
  • 4 ounces (˝cup) shaved or finely cracked ice
  • 1˝ ounces white creme de menthe
  • ˝ ounce brandy
  • A short straw
  • Fill a cocktail glass with shaved or finely cracked ice.

    How To Cook:
    1. Pour in the white creme de menthe.

    2. Pour the brandy on top of the creme de menthe very slowly, so that it floats on the surface.

    3. Serve with a short straw.
