What You Need: |

4 ounces light rum
2 ounces strained fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons grenadine
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
3 or 4 ice cubes

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine the rum, lime juice, grenadine, sugar and ice cubes in a mixing glass, and place a bar shaker on top of the glass.
|
2. Grasping the glass and shaker firmly together with both hands, shake them vigorously 9 or 10 times.
|
3. Remove the shaker and place a strainer over the mixing glass.
|
4. Pour the Bacardi into 2 chilled 4-ounce cocktail glasses, and serve at once.
