What You Need: |

4 ounces light rum
1 ounce strained fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
2 cups finely cracked ice

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine the rum, lime juice, sugar and cracked ice in the jar of an electric blender, and blend at medium speed for about 20 seconds.
|
2. Pour the contents of the jar, unstrained, into 2 chilled 6-ounce champagne glasses and serve with short drinking straws.
