Peach Daiquiri
What You Need:
  • ˝ medium-sized firm ripe peach, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 1˝ ounces light rum
  • ˝ ounce Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1 ounce strained fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1 cup crushed or finely cracked ice
  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine the peach, rum, Cointreau, lime juice, sugar and ice in the jar of an electric blender, and blend at high speed for about 20 seconds, or until the peach is completely pulverized and the mixture smooth and frothy.

    2. Pour the Daiquiri into 2 chilled 6-ounce champagne glasses, and serve at once.

    To Serve: 2
