| How To Cook: |

1. Combine the rum, beaten eggs, sugar, bitters and ice in a mixing glass, and place a bar shaker on top of the glass.
|
2. Grasping the glass and shaker firmly together with both hands, shake them vigorously 9 or 10 times.
|
3. Remove the shaker and pour the rum flip, unstrained, into 2 chilled 10-ounce highball glasses.
|
4. Grate a little nutmeg on top and serve at once.
