Arctic Kiss
What You Need:
  • 2 oz Absolut Vodka
  • Champagne or sparkling wine

    • How To Cook:
    1. Chill vodka over ice (use shaker) and pour into a chilled Champagne flute.

    2. Top with Champagne.

    3. Drop in a Hershey Kiss for a nice finish.
