| How To Cook: |

1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, egg yolks, salt, lemon peel, Cream-of-Wheat, raisins and sugar.

2. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a wire whisk or a rotary or electric beater until they form soft peaks.
|
3. Stir about ¼ of the whites into the cheese mixture, then fold in the rest with a rubber spatula.
|
4. Proceed as with other Strudel fillings.
|
