Breadfruit Salad
What You Need:
  • 1 breadfruit
  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • Mayonnaise, salt, pepper
  • A chopped shallot or smell onion
    • How To Cook:
    1. Peel, dice, and boil breadfruit till just firm.

    2. Combine with eggs, shallot, salt and pepper.

    3. Moisten with mayonnaise.
