Romaine And Fresh Cabbage Salad
(Marouli Ke Lahano Salata)
What You Need:
  • 4 cups cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped
  • ½ cup finely chopped scallions (white part only)
  • ½ cup finely chopped dill

    DRESSING
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons torn fresh oregano leaves

    How To Cook:
    1. Combine cabbage, romaine, scallion, and dill.

    2. Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.

    3. Pour over salad greens, toss well.

    To Serve: 10 to 12
