| How To Cook: |

| MAKE DOUGH: | 
| 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
 
 | 
| 2. Sift flour and baking powder together. 
 
 | 
| 3. Add tahini and blend with fingers. Add water and honey. 
 
 | 
| 4. Roll dough out to a thickness of 1/3 inch and cut into 5-inch rounds. 
 
 | 
| PREPARE FILLING: | 
| 1. Combine nuts, raisins, marmalade, and honey. Place 1 tablespoon of filling on each round of dough. 
 
 | 
| 2. Fold dough to form a half circle, brush with a little water to seal, and press edges together. 
 
 | 
| 3. Put on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 30 minutes, or until golden. 
 
 | 
| 4. Sprinkle with rose water while hot and dust with confectioners' sugar. Cool on sheets.

| NOTE: | 
| 1. This dough makes a good Lenten (nistisimo) pie crust for any purpose.
