What You Need: |

12 slices bread
Milk
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons lard or bacon drippings
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Dry bread cumbs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Dice bread finely; soak in a little milk.
|
2. Squeeze out excess milk; set aside.
|
3. Brown onion and parsley in fat; add bread and eggs. (If mixture is too moist, add extra crumbs.)
|
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
|
5. Shape into balls; proceed as above.
