What You Need: |

1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed cream of potato soup
1 can (10½ ounces) condensed vegetable soup
2 soup cans water
1 pound fillets of cod cut in 2-inch pieces
½ cup diagonally sliced celery
½ cup diagonally sliced green onions
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 medium bay leaf
¼ cup chopped parsley
Dairy sour cream

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine all ingredients except parsley and sour cream in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
|
2. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, or until done, stirring gently now and then.
|
3. Remove bay leaf; add parsley.
|
4. Serve with sour cream.
