Norwegian Fish Soup
What You Need:
1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed cream of potato soup
1 can (10½ ounces) condensed vegetable soup
2 soup cans water
1 pound fillets of cod cut in 2-inch pieces
½
cup
diagonally sliced celery
½ cup diagonally sliced green onions
1/8
teaspoon
pepper
1 medium bay leaf
¼ cup chopped parsley
Dairy sour cream
How To Cook:
1
. Combine all ingredients except parsley and sour cream in a large
saucepan
; bring to a boil.

. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, or until done, stirring gently now and then.

. Remove bay leaf; add parsley.

. Serve with sour cream.

4 to 6
