What You Need: |

½ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 soup cans milk
2 cans (10¾ ounces each) condensed cream of potato soup
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Avocado chunks (for garnish)

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cook onion with paprika in butter in saucepan until tender.
|
2. Add remaining ingredients; heat, stirring occasionally.
|
3. Garnish with avocado.
