Pork With Garlic And Black Pepper
(Moo - Gra - Teiam)
What You Need:
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 4 tablespoons peeled and finely chopped garlic
  • 1 pound boneless pork roast, butt or loin very thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander stems

  • How To Cook:
    1. Heat a wok and add the peanut oil.

    2. Saute the garlic for a moment and add the pork.

    3. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes and then add the remaining ingredients.

    4. Chow or stir for another minute or so and serve.

    To Serve: 4 - 5
