This is a very delicate and unusual salad. Don't be put off by the salt, as it is used to draw water from the cucumbers, and then the saltwater is drained off. This tasty salad makes a most unusual side dish.

cup

1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
½ tablespoon sesame oil
Pinch of sugar
How To Cook:
1
. Mix the cucumbers with the salt. Place in a
colander
, and let drain for about 45 minutes.
2
