Bahamian Conch Salad
What You Need:
  • 12 young queen conchs
  • 3 hot peppers
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 2 sliced onions
  • Salt
  • Lime juice
  • How To Cook:
    1. Cover conch with water and bring to a boil, by which time it should be easy to remove the meat.

    2. Wash with lime juice and clean.

    3. Dice and mix with chopped hot peppers, vinegar, oil, sliced onions and salt.

    NOTE:
        This is a popular salad in the Bahamas.
