Beans In Sour Cream Sauce

| What You Need: |

|
1 pound green beans (string beans)
2 tablespoons butter
Salt
SAUCE
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup milk
A few drops of lime juice,
A pinch of garlic powder

| How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Boil beans uncovered, strain, melt butter, add beans and toss.
|
2. Season with pepper.
|
3. Top with this sauce.

1. Mix ingredients together and pour over beans.
