Boiled Crawfish
What You Need:
  • 4 boiled and cleaned crawfish tails (10-12 oz each)
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • ˝ teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon onion, chopped fine
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz beer

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mince crawfish and put aside. Using a shallow pot, over medium heat, cook onion, garlic and salt in butter until onion is tender.

    2. Add ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and beer.

    3. Add crawfish, stir and cool long enough to heat crawfish through. Add lime juice, stir and serve.
