What You Need:
2 pounds chicken
2
cups
diced pineapple
6 hard boiled eggs
1 cup green peas
˝ cup mayonnaise
1 dessertspoon minced parsley

How To Cook:

. Boil chicken, remove the meat and chill.

. When chilled mix with pineapple, peas, salt and parsley, and toss with mayonnaise.

. Finally, crumble in the yolks and garnish with egg whites.
