Cold Thick Cucumber Soup
What You Need:
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ¾ cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup diced and cooked lobster meat
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • Salt, pepper, parsley
    • How To Cook:
    1. Mix the milk into the sour cream and thin down.

    2. Add all other ingredients.

    3. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
