Crawfish Bits
What You Need:
  • 1 pound crawfish tails cooked and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • Pepper to taste
  • ˝ cup butter or margarine
  • Garlic salt or plain salt to taste
  • How To Cook:
    1. Pan broil crawfish pieces in butter or margarine and seasonings, turning occasionally until lightly browned.

    2. Serve with, dip of your choice or try a mixture of catsup and horseradish.
