Crawfish Bits
What You Need:
1 pound crawfish tails cooked and cut into 1 inch pieces
Pepper to taste

cup
butter or margarine
Garlic salt or plain salt to taste
How To Cook:
1
. Pan broil crawfish pieces in butter or margarine and seasonings, turning occasionally until lightly browned.
2
. Serve with, dip of your choice or try a mixture of catsup and horseradish.
