Crawfish Fritters
What You Need:
  • 1 1/3 cups flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • cups of crawfish meat, cooked and ground
  • How To Cook:
    1. Sift together dry ingredients.

    2. Combine egg, milk and crawfish.

    3. Add crawfish mixture to dry ingredients and mix.

    4. Drop by the tablespoonful into hot deep fat and cook until browned.

    To Serve: 6
