Liver With Sweet Peppers
What You Need:
  • 1 pound liver sliced thin
  • 4 sweet peppers
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • ˝ cup oil
  • Salt, pepper, a little flour

  • How To Cook:
    1. Prepare sweet peppers by coring and removing seeds.

    2. Wash and cut into strips. Season liver with salt, pepper and lime Juice.

    3. Dust with flour and saute quickly in hot oil.

    4. Pour the rum over liver. Add the slices of pepper and cook gently for 15-20 minutes.

    To Serve: 4 - 6
