Braised Guinea Hen
What You Need:
1 prepared guinea hen (may be substitute by partridge, pheasant or turkey)
Fat
1 lump of butter
1 pound carrots
1 clove garlic
1 sliced onion
Parsley, thyme, salt, pepper to taste
How To Cook:

. Put butter inside guinea hen and brown in sizzling fat.

. Clean and slice carrots lengthwise and add to
pan
with garlic, onion and herbs.
3
. Cover and cook about an hour depending on the age of the bird.

. Wine may be added to the sauce.
