Carribean Conch Fritters
What You Need:
  • 1 pound raw minced conch meat
  • 1 minced onion
  • 4 ozs, flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
  • Milk and fat as needed
  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix conch meat, onion, flour, egg and seasoning together and moisten with a little milk.

    2. Shape into flat fritters.

    3. Dip in breadcrumbs and fry quickly in hot oil.
