¾ cup sugar
¼ pound butter
1½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1½ cups grated coconut
1 beaten egg

| How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder.
|
2. Mix well then odd grated coconut and egg.
|
3. Mix to a paste. Drop onto a greased cookie sheet by teaspoonful.

4. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
