Coconut Tartlets
What You Need:
DOUGH
  • ½ pound flour
  • ½ pound sugar
  • ½ pound butter
  • ¼ quart milk
  • ½ oz baking powder
  • 1 egg

    COCONUT FILLING
  • ½ pound coconut
  • ½ pound sugar
  • 3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups water

  • How To Cook:
    DOUGH:
    1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

    2. Add the liquid and mix until ingredients are incorporated to form dough.

    3. Remove from the bowl and form onto a sheet pan.

    COCONUT FILLING:
    1. Add all ingredients in a sauce pan and let cook until the sugar is dissolved (about 15 min).

    2. Allow to cool and add on top of the dough.

    3. Bake for 35-40 min in a 350°F oven.
