		1 pound codfish
		1 pound fresh pumpkin
		1 tablespoon butter, softened
		2 eggs
		2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
		Black pepper, salt, oil

									| How To Cook: |

	1. Soak fish overnight. Discard water and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Skin, bone and flake finely.

	2. Cook the pumpkin until tender. Mash thoroughly then beat in the softened butter, 2 lightly beaten eggs and pepper. Add salt to taste.

	3. The mixture should be firm enough to hold its shape. If not, beat in breadcrumbs as needed.

	4. Shape the mixture into bolls, dipping each in the breadcrumbs.

	5. Fry for about 3 to 4 minutes, turning regularly. When golden brown, drain on paper towels. Serve worm. A tomato sauce goes well with this dish.
