Jerked Pork Snacks
What You Need:
  • 3-4 pounds boned leg of pork (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • Chopped hot pepper
  • Chopped onion and garlic
  • Crushed pimento leaves
  • Pimento grains, salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Marinate the pieces of pork in the marinade for 4 days turning frequently. Keep covered in refrigerator.

    2. Take out and wipe dry.

    3. Cook pork on a grid over burning coals to get a smoky flavor; however, it can also be baked crisp on a baking sheet in the oven.
