Octopus With Sauces
What You Need:
  • 1 small octopus
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salted water to cover

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cut octopus into small pieces and place in a pot of salted water.

    2. Bring to a boil and cook until octopus is tender.

    3. Drain, dry, and fry in butter.

    4. Serve with Piquant Sauce or Cheese Sauce.

    NOTE:
        Called "Sea Puss" by local fishermen.
