Sweet And Sour Beef Filling
What You Need:
  • 2 pounds beef, cubed
  • Fat or oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
  • Pinch of salt and ginger powder
  • 1 dessertspoon cornstarch

  • How To Cook:
    1. Fry steak in oil and cook through. Ina separate pot, bring next six ingredients to a boil and thicken with a little cornstarch blended in some water.

    2. Pour over the cubed steak. Simmer for about ˝ hour.

    3. Fill pumpkin cavity and transfer to oven for 30 minutes.
