Easy Coleslaw
What You Need:
  • 4 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or ¼ cup mayonnaise and ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours.

    2. Toss before serving.

    TIP:
        Add 1 tablespoon grated onion, ½ teaspoon celery seed, and/or 1/3 cup minced green pepper, if desired.
     
    To Serve: 4 - 6
