Almond Cookies
What You Need:
  • ˝ pound unsalted butter
  • ˝ pound granulated sugar
  • ˝ pound flour
  • 1/3 pound blanched almonds

    • How To Cook:
    1. Place butter in mixing bowl and cream it well.

    2. Add sugar and sifted flour.

    3. Form into a paste, ˝ inch thick, and cut into desired shapes.

    4. Place 1 almond on top of each cookie.

    5. Bake on greased pan in moderate oven.
