How To Cook: |

1. Beat the eggs for about 12 minutes.

2. Add the sugar and beat again for another 12 minutes.
|
3. Add the almonds and beat continuously for about ½ hour.
|
4. Turn the mixture into two pie dishes greased with olive oil.
|
5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour with the setting at 350°F.
|
6. When the pudding begins to leave the sides of the dish it is cooked.
|
7. Allow to cool in the pie dishes then turn out and serve cold, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
