1. Mince the meat twice.
|
2. Grate onion, add salt and let stand for 15 minutes.
|
3. Then squeeze through cheesecloth.
|
4. Add onion juice with eggs and pepper to meat and mix well.
|
5. Shape into egg-sized balls and place on oiled skewers.
|
6. Broil for 5 minutes each side over a-flame-free charcoal fire or under the grill.
