Chopped Calf's Or Ox Liver

What You Need: |

|
1 pound liver
Fat for frying
¼ cup diced onion
Salt and pepper
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Fry the slices of liver about r inch thick for 5-10 minutes or till light brown on both sides.
|
2. Remove veins and skin.
|
3. Put through mixer or chop to a smooth paste in a bowl.
|
4. Fry ¼ cup finely diced onion in ¼ cup hot melted fat till nicely browned, and add onion and fat to liver paste with salt and pepper to taste.
|
5. Mix till smooth.
