Dried Fruit Filling
What You Need:
  • ˝ cup each seeded or seedless raisins, stoned prunes, dried apricots
  • A dash of salt
  • ˝ cup dry bread or cake crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons honey

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine ingredients and cook over boiling water till honey is melted.

    2. Stir well and allow cooling.

    3. If too thick to use as filling, add lemon juice; if not thick enough, add more crumbs.
