How To Cook: |

1. Scale, clean and salt fish, and let stand for a while.
|
2. Fry in oil, then chop onions finely and fry in the same oil as the fish.
|
3. Place fish over onion and cook over low heat with 3 large cups of water.
|
4. When cooked squeeze the juice of a lemon over it, simmer for 10 minutes more.
|
5. Serve with rice cooked with the oil the fish was fried in.
