How To Cook: |

1. Beat eggs and sugar till creamy.

2. Sift dry ingredients and stir in with the chopped nuts and citron.
|
3. Pat the dough to ½ inch thickness on a paper-lined baking sheet.

4. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
|
5. Cover with a thin icing made of icing sugar and water before cake is cool.
|
6. Cut into squares or oblongs.
