What You Need: |

¼ pound halibut or cod liver
Salt and pepper
1 egg
¼ onion from stew
Breadcrumbs

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Chop the liver finely; add the seasoning, beaten egg and onion.
|
2. Form into balls, adding sufficient breadcrumbs to hold the mixture together roll in flour and place on top of the fish.
