1. Heat the oil and fry the meat until golden brown.

2. Peel the mushrooms and add to the meat with the salt, pepper and the water.
|
3. Cover the pan and simmer gently until the meat falls off the bone.
|
4. Place the meat on a dish and keep hot while the liquor is reduced to a rich sauce.
|
5. Pour over the meat and serve.
