1. Cut the onion finely and fry in the oil.

2. Wash, chop and drain the spinach, then add to the onion and oil and stew well.
|
3. Wash the rice and add to the spinach; season to taste.
|
4. Pour over the water, bring to the boil quickly and then turn down heat and simmer until the rice is cooked.
