Seasoned Aubergine
(Mtabbal)
What You Need:
  • 2 large round aubergines
  • 1 bulb of garlic (small)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - 2 lemons, according to taste
  • ¼ cup sesame seed oil
  • Olive oil
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Parsley

  • How To Cook:
    1. Grill the aubergines and then peel and clean them.

    2. Put a little salt with the garlic and pound it until soft.

    3. Mix the aubergines with the garlic and salt and pound together.

    4. Add sesame oil and lemon, mixing them well.

    5. Garnish with olive oil, sour pomegranate seeds and parsley.

    To Serve: 4 - 6
