Seasoned Aubergine

What You Need: |

2 large round aubergines
1 bulb of garlic (small)
1 teaspoon salt
1 - 2 lemons, according to taste
¼ cup sesame seed oil
Olive oil
Pomegranate seeds
Parsley

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Grill the aubergines and then peel and clean them.
|
2. Put a little salt with the garlic and pound it until soft.
|
3. Mix the aubergines with the garlic and salt and pound together.
|
4. Add sesame oil and lemon, mixing them well.
|
5. Garnish with olive oil, sour pomegranate seeds and parsley.
|
