The Dervish's Rosary
(Masbaht El Darweesh)

What You Need: |

|
3 cups potatoes
2 cups aubergine
2 cups tomatoes
3 cups vegetable marrow
3 cups minced meat
5 small minced onions
2 tablespoons melted fat
1 teaspoon salt
Flour
1 pint water

|
How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Peel potatoes and other vegetables and cut them into pieces.
|
2. Mix together in a baking dish with meat, onions, fat, salt and a sprinkling of flour.
|
3. Pour the water over all and cook in a moderate oven 350°F until the meat and vegetables are tender and browned on top.
