1. Cut the meat into pieces and fry it with the butter.
|
2. Add the onion and fry till soft, cover with the salted water and bring to the boil.
|
3. Simmer until the meat is almost done and the liquid reduced to one cup.
|
4. Pour in the yoghourt, add more salt if necessary and simmer until it thickens.
|
5. Serve with boiled rice.
