	1. Slice a pineapple from the end downwards, scoop out the flesh from the centre and cut in slices.

	2. Mix with pieces of pawpaw, water melon and segments of orange and grapefruit; if necessary sweeten with honey.

	3. Pile the fruit into the hollowed pineapple and decorate with black grapes.

	4. Serve on a bed of ice cubes.
