Corn Fritters
What You Need:
  • 4 oz flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ pint milk
  • 11-oz. can of whole kernel corn

  • How To Cook:
    1. Sift flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

    2. Add beaten egg and milk and beat.

    3. Add the drained contents of an can of whole kernel corn.

    4. Put spoonfuls into hot fat, fry until browned on both sides and serve immediately.
