Mutton Ham

This is a fat leg of mutton, cured and smoked like a ham.

What You Need:
  • Welsh ham
  • Fat bacon

  • How To Cook:
    1. When boiling Welsh ham, put a piece of fat bacon with it and serve it with the ham, which is apt to be somewhat dry and lacking in fat.
