Raisin Mazur Cake
What You Need:
  • 2 cups seedless raisins
  • Grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups unpeeled almonds, grated or chopped very fine
  • 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
  • Rice paper

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine all the ingredients.

    2. Pour into a shallow cake tin lined with rice paper and bake in a very slow oven (250°F) until lightly done on top 20 - 25 minutes.

    3. This cake can be iced if desired.
